As you are probably already aware our St Louis
Convention in June has been cancelled by your
Board of Directors due to the Covid-19 virus.
Our attendee’s health and safety were the
driving factors that led to this decision.
The Club has already
paid many deposits to the hotel, bus company,
the daily events and the included lunches.
We are working to recover as many of these
dollars as possible for the Club’s treasury.
We will not be ordering any
shirts so that your refund will include any
shirt money

This letter will outline the BTOC’s refund policy to
you. You are entitled to a full refund .
We would like to offer three
options regarding the refund to which you are entitled. Please see the options
below and return a copy of this letter by e-mail to:

will miss getting together for all the great
times we had planned in St Louis, however, we
wish you and your family safety and good health
in these uncertain times.
